The OAO Nomination Committee, led by Director Keenan Anderson, is soliciting nominations for positions on the OAO Board of Trustees.
If you are committed to advancing our profession and are ready to take an active leadership role at the state level, now is the time to consider getting involved.
This is a volunteer leadership opportunity to represent your peers, influence the future of the profession, and ensure opticians continue to thrive in Ohio. If you're passionate about our field and ready to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to step forward or nominate a colleague who should.
Time involved for consideration:
Attend two face-to-face board meetings
Attend all Zoom meetings. (typically 6-8 weeks)
Attend Professional Education Development Events
Willing to be involved in committees.
All nominations must be received by July 15th, 2025.
